“So much of life is pulling our attention outside of ourselves. Meanwhile, we carry within us an incredible multi-dimensional space where new possibilities emerge and truth can be heard.

When I am centered in my heart and following it’s lead, I feel most alive. I aspire to honor it daily through the practice of showing up to my studio and allowing my heart to guide me.
